What You'll Be Doing
You will design:
- Eye-catching YouTube thumbnails (for Femi Olaniyan & Personal Finance Circle channels)
- Social media and marketing designs
- Visual assets for a fintech startup
Requirements
To qualify for this job, you must:
- Be very good with tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
- Have a strong eye for color, layout, and composition.
- Have experience designing YouTube thumbnails that drive clicks and engagement.
- Understand branding, typography, and digital marketing design.
- Be highly organised — punctual with attending meetings, taking meeting notes, completing tasks in time and keeping us updated with your progress.
- Have exceptional communication skills — be responsive, helpful, and always ready to support the team.
- Possess the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Have experience creating simple animations, reel covers, or short video graphics.
About Our Brand
Our mission is to create educational finance content that helps our viewers grow financially. Over the past 5 years, Femi Olaniyan’s YouTube channel has grown to over 100,000 subscribers.
We are also growing our Personal Finance channel, which is “Personal Finance Circle” on YouTube.
We pride ourselves on being able to deliver high-quality thumbnails and designs to our audience…
And you’ll play a crucial role in delivering this to enhance the experience and engagement of our audience, while also helping the brand grow.
We are also building a fintech startup, and you will be a part of the team that will bring this to life.
